WinterStorm | 'StormBreakers

Here at WinterStorm we are always looking for ways to innovate and refresh what we offer you, and after much discussion we felt that the After The 'Storm acoustic session had run its course.
As this year’s Sunday falls on St Andrew’s Day, we thought that this would be an ideal opportunity to bring back a variation on our ‘StormBreakers concept as an afternoon event, showcasing the best of young local talent from the Ayrshire area.
Any WinterStorm ticketholders still in the area will be given free admission to the event which will be held in the Sessions Room upstairs from midday on the Sunday, so don’t throw away your Saturday/weekend wristbands!
The bar and catering will be open in the Walker Hall all day, and there will be plenty of opportunity to get fed and watered, catch up with friends, or indulge in a WinterStorm Pie! It's a bit of a new direction for us, but we have always felt that new talent should be given a platform to promote their music, and we wanted to give the opportunity to up and coming bands to enjoy a festival stage with a full back line and sound tech provided.
